Sustainable. Communal. Theatrical.

As part of our dedication to building an arts organization within our community, we have been granted a Community Arts Grant by the City of Davis to develop our Salon Reading Series—great new(er) plays read by great performers, free to the public.

Up Next:

Two apartments, two couples, two sets of windows. Forty-ish New Yorkers Abby and Clark have just become parents and brought their daughter home. Twenty-ish year olds Eve and Jackson are starting their life together--without curtains--in the apartment across the street. As Abby struggles to comprehend the changes her daughter has brought, she fixates on the lives of the neighbors, living vicariously through them. When tragedy strikes, Abby is propelled back to her own reality. Janine DeMaria’s new play explores the beauty of our monotonous daily lives in order to understand the fragility of life, youth, marriage, and motherhood.
