Cyprus Van Inwegen likes to do many things: writing, acting, drawing cartoons, and playing music are some of them. She discovered Bike City one fateful open mic in 2019, and liked it so much she's been here ever since. Since joining the company, Cyprus has created marketing materials for the Salon Reading Series, Open Mic Nights, drag shows, sketch, Radio Tuesdays, and much more, though she no longer works on the Admin side of BCTC.
Company appearances include Dance Nation; Over There Outside; Monsters Anonymous; and Summer Shorts II. Locally, she has acted in Stories on Stage Davis. Cyprus completed an Apprenticeship with the Idaho Shakespeare Festival and co-authored two plays (Stay, The Unbearable Confessions of the Ski Lodge Survivors) through Boise Contemporary Theatre. She is a graduate of the University of Davis, California, with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Professional Writing. Outside of BCTC, she works in administration at Peregrine School.
